I always used to choose long sleeves because of this reason. I wanted to look more attractive. I needed to look more confident about my body. I wanted to wear my favorite clothes. I desired to be cooler at the beach.

How to Get Rid of FatI enjoy Greek mythology. Four years ago my husband and I decided to go on vacation in Greece. I was very excited. I started to pack the bags when I realized with dissatisfaction that many of my clothes no longer match me. I knew that I gained bodyweight and yet I didn’t expect this. I could not put on some of my favorite dresses.

This was just the beginning. The shocking reality strike me when we went to the beach. I felt so desperate. The majority of women on the beach looked much better than me. What had happened to my body and why? My dream holiday has been failed. As a result in this minute I decided that I will do anything possible to reduce my awful excess fat.

In the beginning, I joined a health club for 90 days. I found that 2 workout routines during the 7 days can’t help me. I didn’t want to generate muscles. I desired to reduce weight. Going to the Gym sucked. I figured out that by doing light workouts at home, the result is greater. But I needed 90 min’s and 6 days per week for this. I did not have the time frame and patience to do this. How to lose arm fat?

Then I tried out serious diets. They didn’t give good results. I had many disturbances inside the tummy from them.

I tested some online products. Some of them are actually very good. Unfortunately, they require more time and interaction which I can’t spare.

I understood that the simplest way to lose excess fat and the easiest way for fat loss is to reduce body weight from all over my body in general.

I’ve done a lot of experiments during these 4 years. The result is: I developed my own Workable Remedy for getting rid of body weight. For me personally it is the best way to lose fat fast.

The great news is it’s very easy to implement. It doesn’t steal from my time. Мy life is very active at present.

  • The Bad:
