I am Debra Burns. See my picture on the right. I am 37 years old person. I am happy right now, but in the past I had weight problems. I didn’t like my entire body.
I usually used to prefer long sleeves because of this reason. I desired to look much more gorgeous. I needed to look more confident about my shape. I wanted to wear my favorite clothes. I wanted to be cooler at the beach.

4 weeks before I wrote this site I realized that I have so much experience on the subject. I decided it would be wonderful to talk about my personal know-how on the subject with those who have the identical problem.

I like Ancient Greek mythology. 4 years ago my husband and I decided to go on holiday in Greece. I was quite excited. I began to wrap the luggage when I realized with dissatisfaction that many of my dresses no longer fit me. I knew that I gained weight and yet I did not expect this. I was not able to put on many of my favorite dresses.
This was just the beginning. The terrible reality strike me when we went to the beach. I felt so desperate. Almost all women on the beach looked much better than me. What had happened to my body and why? My desire family vacation was failed. And so in this minute I decided that I will do anything possible to lose my awful body fat.
♣ At first, I joined a fitness center for 90 days. I discovered that 2 workouts during the 7 days will not help me. I did not want to create muscles. I needed to lose body fat. Going to the Gym sucked. I discovered that by doing light workouts from home, the effect is better. But I needed 90 minutes and 6 days per week for it. I did not have the time and patience for this. ♣ Then I tried extreme diet programs. They didn’t work. I had some disturbances inside the stomach from them.
♣ I tried various online systems. Some are really good. Unfortunately, they needed more hours and interaction which I can’t spare.

My Own Conclusion:
I realized that the simplest way to lose weight and the best way for fat loss is to lose body weight from across my body generally.
I have done many experiments over these 4 years. The result is: I built my own Very simple Remedy for burning off body fat. For me personally it is the simplest way to reduce fat fast.

The great news is it is very easy to put into action. It doesn’t steal from my personal time. Мy life is really dynamic at present.
