Count the number of sodas you drink a day! Sugary treats that leave you thirstier than before, read the labels! Go to the websites if you have to, if they have over 5% sugar or more than 3 chemicals/preservatives in them. Switch to healthier ones. I’m not just saying zero calories I mean fresh flavored milk, natural fresh juices etc. Cut them out little by little until you are getting your 8 glasses a day of water back!
